Welcome to Bayonne II POA

   Welcome to the Bayonne ll web page. Our neighborhood consists of 79 homes in one of the most beautiful areas of Renaissance.
The web page contains most of the documents with the rules and regulations of the POA which were developed to maintain the
beauty and enjoyment of the neighborhood. The POA provides mowing of the lawns, each home owner is responsible for the sprinkler system and trimming of bushes. The POA has a bulk contract with Spectrum that provides internet service, two cable boxes , DVR, high definition premium programming and numerous discount on streaming channels.
   In addition to being member of Renaissance and the use of the club facilities, you are also members of the CA and are entitled to use their facilities such as pickle ball, tennis, dog park, and many others.
   Trash collection is twice weekly, Wednesday is for regular trash only ( the grey containers), Saturdays are for regular trash, recycle, and brush.
